Taking great pride in helping you, my client, find the right home or property or achieving the best sales price for your property is my ultimate goal. I do not use hard selling tactics nor do I press sales. One thing I will not do to any potential client is to make continual harassing phone calls. I will call only if necessary. I do believe that the process of buying or selling property is stressful, as it being one of the biggest investments that people make. The home you choose is your decision, not mine. It is your money, your investment, and your future home. I will work to help you find the home that is best for you. We will work at your pace and I am equipped to communicate with you via email, phone or fax, whichever makes you more comfortable. I will provide the listings to you, help you find lending if needed and help you throughout the purchase and escrow process. I also provide home warranties for all my clients for 1 year and I am always available after the sale if needed. I feel it important for buyers to know that they will never be charged any fee for services I provide to them.
Buyer’s agent’s commissions are paid by the selling broker at close of escrow.
Sellers I represent also benefit from Home Warranties I provide during the sales process, for those unforeseen problems that do on occasion arise.
Sellers also receive my full attention; I am always available and will conduct open houses if necessary. I will also advertise the property on the internet on numerous websites including virtual tours and local advertising.

We have 4 children, an adorable grandson and a new granddaughter on the way.
Gina has been in the Real Estate Business for almost 6 years. I, several years ago, switched careers after 20 years experience in residential and commercial construction. Including, 8 years as foreman or project superintendent on large commercial projects.
Due to circumstances and health issues beyond anyone’s control,
Gina has had to give up her license
She still does what she can in the background, mainly keeping the Websites & Internet stuff going and my paperwork in order, so you may on occasion get to speak with her
Gregg is a Navy veteran. He is an avid fly fisherman. Gina also enjoys fly fishing. Northwestern Nevada is home to us, from just taking a drive out on dirt roads to fly fishing and hunting, everything we have ever wanted is right here in beautiful Nevada. We relocated to Gardnerville, from Los Angeles in 1991.
